Meal-planning on Monday

Here’ s my first attempt at publishing my meal plan for the week. We’ll see how it goes.

  • Monday: Baked Mac & cheese, ham, and steamed broccoli
  • Tuesday: Maple Balsamic salmon, garlic mashed potatoes, peas
  • Wednesday: Terriyaki turkey tenderloin, leftover mac & cheese, salad
  • Thursday: Barbeque ribs, salata olivie
  • Friday (dinner party for 8): Lorraine’s baked spaghetti, veggie platter
  • Saturday: Bottle of wine to bring to another party
  • Sunday: Homemade pizza

Of course, if our new mold contractor starts, we may have to vacate the house for a few days, and that would change the week’s plans. But we’ll see how it goes.

  1. Wow. The two of you as a couple do the meal planning! Excuse my moment of jealousy. No one gives me much of any input at planning time – I fight hard against monotony!
