Here’ s my first attempt at publishing my meal plan for the week. We’ll see how it goes.
- Monday: Baked Mac & cheese, ham, and steamed broccoli
- Tuesday: Maple Balsamic salmon, garlic mashed potatoes, peas
- Wednesday: Terriyaki turkey tenderloin, leftover mac & cheese, salad
- Thursday: Barbeque ribs, salata olivie
- Friday (dinner party for 8): Lorraine’s baked spaghetti, veggie platter
- Saturday: Bottle of wine to bring to another party
- Sunday: Homemade pizza
Of course, if our new mold contractor starts, we may have to vacate the house for a few days, and that would change the week’s plans. But we’ll see how it goes.
